Wow!! Okay, seriously, this one kept me so freaked out, I'm still wary of static on my TV. This was the 5th time I've seen it, and I'm still glad that I watched it during the daytime! The first time I saw it, I seriously jumped out of my skin!

I don't whether to count the video and the girl from the video as separate or not. The video was bizarre and scary in a very creepy way. The girl was fucked up!! I don't mean she was really ugly or messed up, or disfigured, she was just insanely scary! I'm not kidding, people made this big deal of the little girl from the American version of this, The Ring, but she was NOTHING compared to Sadako!!

Okay, like I said before, I'm still afraid of static on my TV now! This movie was scary as hell, and that's not some pudgy movie critic's newspaper tagline. It's seriously scary! Don't watch it alone. Don't watch it in the dark. Don't watch it if you're pregnant or have a heart condition.

2 points for the cute Japanese teenagers telling scary stories in the beginning. 3 points for the 3 times the ringing phone scared the shit out of me. 4 points for the amount of times I had to see that scary ass video. 2 points for the videos special effects. 3 points for the hottie psychic professor. 5 points for finally seeing Sadako. 5 points for how the legend/curse concluded. -2 points for the "favor" she asks her dad at the end.
